Delete your account
Puzzle Hubs app for Android
You can delete your Puzzle Hubs account and its data at any time. Deleting cannot be undone.
Delete in the app
- Open Puzzle Hubs and go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Type confirm and tap Delete My Account.
Your account is deleted straight away and the app returns to the welcome screen. If you continue playing afterwards, you start fresh with a new account and username.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app, email support@puzzlehubs.com with the subject "Delete my account" and include your Puzzle Hubs username, so we can find your account. We will delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted

| Data on your phone | When you delete in the app: name, email, avatar, practice stats and puzzle progress are cleared. Only your theme and reminder settings stay. |
What is kept
We keep no account data after deletion. Technical server logs, which record when requests were handled and any errors, are deleted automatically within 30 days.
